Well, now the thing is they keep leaving me on me own here with that Cat. Sometimes for days on end. The Cat gets this fit blonde woman coming in to give him a cuddle, but do I get anybody? No I do not.
They used to take me away with them in this rather smart little bag-cum-carriage what I had specially made for me, but now they just leaves me at home on the shelf with the others, like a zoo. I'm coming, whether they likes it or not, next time. come hell or high water, and probably both.
This lot gets coarse when they're left to their own devices, spitting and swearing and suchlike.
I hear that Hamley's got it made in Lincoln. The bush telegraph tells me that he's settling down quite nice and he's made one or two friends. Ants and such. We misses him here, for his wit and banter.
See yer soon. Feeling a bit deglected again.

Attention at last

Well, now that he's gone at last I can get a bit of attention. I used to be the main bear, but I've
had to take a back seat for the last 18 years or so. Perhaps I'll finally get a look-in.As you can see from the second picture, they are quite plainly having a party in the garden, to which I was not invited. Things are going to change now, starting with that cat.

Well, Folks, here's me latest twit

I've joined that twitter now and I shall usually be found twittering busily in the sitting room.
Everything is very quiet here now that that big Ed has gone, and us bears is finding it a bit boring, not to put too fine a point on it.
So have a butchers at me new blog, anyway. Quite a g. photo, though I says it myself. she took it, using his camera. He's not taken one single photo since she gave it to him, so I expect she'll have the camera in the end, and he'll carry on not knowing which way up to hold it. Ploo sa chonj as the French say.
Food isn't up to the usual standards, either without Edward. Cold, they've had every evening. Salad, that sort of thing. Cheese and biscuits. Boredom on a plate, Ermintrude and me calls it. 2D bunny likes it, though, as he's always been a carrot man. Or rabbit.
Wittering, Twittering, that's me.

Kensington and Arthur
Kensington is quite a posh bear. He pretends to be older than he is, because I can remember him arriving a few years back. He's got this quite cool thing where if you tip him up he growls, but none of us can manage to tip him up because he's too big and heavy.Kensington is quite a good mate, and although he's the biggest, he doesn't throw his weight around or anything. In the background you can see one of the others. I loose count
of them all.

Last, and definitely least, is Arthur. Least said, soonest mended.
2D Bunny

Next up is 2D Bunny. He is also one of the old timers, and he has done mighty well to keep hold of that carrot for 54 years. Why 2D, do you ask? Well - if you look at the other pictures of him, you can see that he's not exactly the full 3D effect. He's pretty quiet and keeps himself to himself in general. Nothing wrong with that.
Hello

Hello everybody. I'm new to this blogging lark, so excuse me if I don't do things proper. First I'll introduce you to a few of me pals on the shelf. They aren't all up to much, but there you are. First up is Super. He's not that intelligent, but he keeps cheerful. He used to have super powers, but I think he's forgot them.

Next is Ermintrude. He's the oldest of the bunch and just don't ask why he's got a girl's name. It weren't my doing, anyhow. Ermintrude lived for many years on a windowsill in the nurses' home at the Royal London Hospital. He did have some pretty nice gear when he came here, but I borrowed it, so now he's just nude.
Furry is, how shall I put it - my girlfriend. She keeps quite fit for her

age, and goes around in just a vest most of the time. Don't ask me why.
As you can see, Super is a bit of a new bear on the block. Furry Ermintrude and me grew up together. We all rub along pretty nicely together, just as long as they all remember who's boss. (That's me).
